By using our website or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Sun State Partners LLC is an independent insurance agency headquartered in Dunedin, Florida. Our licensed agents help people compare and apply for Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Part D plans; ACA health insurance; life insurance; fixed annuities; and estate plans offered through our partner Trust & Will. This website is a solicitation for insurance. When you submit a form, you are asking a licensed agent to contact you.

Licensing and product availability

Our agents are licensed in 35 states and growing (see our license list). We only sell insurance in states where the selling agent is licensed. Products, benefits, prices, and carriers vary by state, ZIP code, and individual situation, and not every product is available everywhere. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell insurance where we are not licensed.

Coverage is not in force until an insurance company approves your application and issues a policy. Quotes and estimates are not guarantees of price or eligibility. Policy terms, exclusions, and benefits are set by the insurance company's contract, which controls over anything on this site.

Our Medicare disclaimer appears in the footer at the bottom of every page of this site.

Sun State Partners LLC is an independent insurance agency. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, HealthCare.gov, or any state agency.

Sun State Partners may be paid commissions by the insurance companies whose products we sell. You do not pay us a fee for insurance help.

Our site links to third-party sites and tools, including SunFire (Medicare plan comparison and enrollment), HealthSherpa (ACA marketplace enrollment), Trust & Will (estate planning documents), insurance company websites, and government sites such as Medicare.gov. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sun State Partners and its owners, agents, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under an insurance policy or state insurance law.

Indemnification

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the changes. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement about your use of the website.
